I’ll visit your home with doughnuts or cookies, assess its value, suggest improvements, and discuss my plan with market comps and vendors to bring it to top selling condition.
I’ll conduct a market analysis, to set a competitive price, to get the most value for the current market. We will then create a marketing plan. We’ll schedule photos, list on MLS, and set up showings.
I’ll be your advocate and negotiate offers to get the best terms, and help you decide on the best option.
We’ll sign the purchase agreement, manage inspections, complete paperwork, and close the sale. Time to hand over the keys, your house is officially sold!
