We’ll start with a call to discuss your needs, whether you’re financing or paying cash, and set up your home search.

If you are in the area we’ll meet at a favorite coffee shop to discuss my buyer process and your specific needs.

Check with your bank to see how much you can borrow for a house.

I’ll set you up on a home search, schedule viewings, and we’ll start looking for your perfect home.

We’ll discuss the offer process and make an offer.

Appraisal and
Inspections

Sign and Close

Move In

Sign an agreement and place your deposit in escrow.

The lender will appraise the home and a home inspection will be done within 10 days of offer acceptance.

Sign the paperwork and close the deal.

Get the keys and move into your new home!
